Return Policy: You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by within 30 days of order date (not delivery date) for a refund. All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories, cables and manuals. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. ShopTronics does not permit the return of or offer refunds for opened software. You may return software provided the software is unopened and sealed in its original packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by us.
