I bought this for presenters in our church fellowship hall to present PC based video presentations. Presenters (transmitter) is about 50' distance from the closet where the receiver is located. The choice was to hard wire or try this device. Hard wiring would require CAT6 with a spendy transmitter and receiver, a pretty expensive approach. The closet has block around it. So I was concerned if the distance for this device would be cut down. Our tests showed a very slight latency, no big deal. And we were able to go to the far corners of the room, maybe 75' in distance. Impressed!
