This turntable is physically beautiful but performs in such a sub standard fashion, that I am shocked to see so many good reviews on it. The sound quality is seriously bad. No highs, no lows, just a very imprecise muffled sounding version of the records. I had to send this unit back, and the warranty will not cover a refund. It took months to try another tone arm and now to return it. Seriously bad turntable. - Verified Store
