Shipping Information

Shipping: ShopTronics.com uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders placed before 12:00pm (EST) may take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out via UPS ground/standard services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release.
UPS Ground/Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-7 business days (refer to UPS Shipping Map at the bottom of this page for further details). Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping.

All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. ShopTronics.com does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO. Overseas addresses please see the "International Orders" section. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. We can not guarantee UPS delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.

Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.

How do I find out what the cost is for shipping?
The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Prior to processing the order, the exact shipping cost will be shown.

Most items sold on the internet are packaged for display by retailers, not to be shipped individually. Therefore we take great care in double boxing and securely packaging your order for shipment to protect it on it's journey to you.
