This future ready wireless surround speaker system uses separate RF transmitter and receiver units and allows you to use higher-quality surround speakers than are typically found in conventional wireless surround speaker systems. The separate radio frequency receiver unit has a built-in high-power digital amplifier for the surround speakers, which dramatically improves sound quality over conventional wireless systems, and it can be used up to 400 feet away from the transmitter. Active circuitry reduces noise interference, and selectable radio frequency transmission channels eliminate interference from other radio frequency devices. The signal is transmitted using the LONG-RANGE 5.8GHz frequency, rather than the more crowded 2.4GHz or 900MHz frequencies.

Connections: transmitter has left and right RCA line-in composite analog audio inputs and positive and negative left and right speaker wire spring-clip inputs (can use either), receiver has has positive and negative left and right speaker wire spring-clip outputs.
