I was trying to cut back on my cable bill and my tv didn't have internet so I purchased

this. So far it's GREAT! I use it in my living room to stream movies. Very simple set up.

I have moved my laptop to different rooms and still gotten a signal but wouldn't promise

that. If you get signals through walls it's a bonus. It is advertised "line of sight".
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality "wireless HDMI" connection.
