This system worked perfectly out of the box, and was quite easy to set up. The purpose was

to send high-quality streaming music from a bedroom computer to a living room stereo

system in an apartment that lacked the wiring to accomplish this.

For this job, the Nyrius units had actually been a "Plan B." The "Plan A" device, by a

different manufacturer, induced interference into the system so badly that it could not be

used and had to be returned. Not so with the Nyrius, which quietly just gets the job done.

No fade-outs, no detectable distortion, no hum. A pleasure to work with.
