There must be too many defective ones from this manufacturer. Transmitter lights up with PC and USB cord but it does not light up with HDMI cord. Absolutely and positively it has to be defective one. I'm getting a different one for higher price. It is not worth the aggravation with a cheapo. -Verified Store
