Very user friendly product (no training require) & enable self service when the device located at meeting room. However, if connect it with converter (eg display port to HDMI) , it then become flimsy & cantilever. So have to remind user to use it carefully as I scare it break due to additional converter in place. Would suggest the transmitter device to be design a bit smaller as now look a bit bulky -Verified Store
