Works great! Plug and play! It comes with easy instructions but I did not even have to read them. Just plugged it in and it started working. No hesitation or delay in the video image and picture quality is very good. Stays perfectly in sync with the computer monitor. Very satisfied and only wish I had bought it sooner.
