After months of searching, reading reviews, and going back and forth, I must say these are quality speakers!! Need playing time to open them up. Also proper position is crucial move them away from the wall with slight toe in is best. You have to experiment with position for best sound. But when u do ohhhhh boy!!!!! The sound stage, detail and depth are amazing. I have them powered by an HK 240 and an adcom gfa 545 power amp bi wired. Source is. Dell xps studio laptop with an Audio Engine D1 external dac, along with a Sony es model sacd player. Very good looking and sounding floor towers... u have to break them in though... - Verified Store
