Once I figured some of it out I was happy with the results but the manual is pretty sparse and confusing and on-line help has no troubleshooting info so you can't find answers to your questions. I am waiting to hear from Customer Support. It's not clear if you use the adapter to charge the device in order to use the USB cable to transfer pictures to the computer. Also not clear how many pictures the device will hold in its own memory (no SD card) . Got a FAIL notice when I tried to scan but perhaps it said FULL. Not clear. Really recommend a more specific, detailed manual and better help on-line.
