Very lightweight. I barely bumped it & it fell of the night stand onto the floor. Sound is very tinny. Since EVERYTHING on the clock is black, it is very difficult to see the buttons unless you take a flashlight to bed with you. After 2 weeks, I went back to my old alarm clock & stuffed this one in a drawer.
