At first this radio was excellent, did everything it was supposed to do. After a week the radio stopped playing, your tech department advised to remove battery ( which was a challenge) but to no avail. it didin't work. The time went to Military time and could be changed or if changed to normal time switched back to Military at 12 or 1 o;clock,Very unhappy and dissatisfied. Had to return radio to Amazon
