1 - ProductI found the Magnasonic film scanner easy to use. It gave very good results on the 35mm slides I digitized. There is some adjustment to colour and brightness built in. Nice looking and compact. Scans quickly and stores internally. Can be downloaded to computer or SD card. A little brother to a photo scanner. Recommended.2 - Amazon Customer ServiceAs a Prime member I had fast free shipping. The delivery was scheduled for 2 days. My acocunt showed that it had been delivered on day 2 but it was not. Contacted Amazon customer service who suggested to wait 1 day. Did so and no parcel. Contacted customer service again - they apologized and said they would refund. The next day (day 4) the parcel appeared on our doorstep. Contacted customer service again and asked them to stop the refund. They apologized for the poor delivery again and said to keep the refund and the product! Wow!! I don't know any other company that would do that. I'll keep shopping with Amazon with my Prime membership!
