I've had nothing but problems with this product. It did what it was supposed to with decent quality about 20% of the time. Most of the time to get it to work, i had to unplug and plug back in, and reconnect the wireless connection by pressing the relink button on each device. If you want a good wireless transmitter/reciever, spend an extra $100 and get a different brand. This is a toy compared to other units.Customer was ok but delayed quit often and to replace they will ask you to send it back and they would replace, but that means a few weeks without the unit. It seems that customer service was from another country so that was a setback as well.After investing on a better unit, I asked them if i could send it back to them so they could test it and fix the problems in future units, they said dont bother. Kind of tells you how they feel about improving their product and service.Steer clear of this product.
