Amazing product! After doing some extensive research, I decided the RT82 is the perfect first turntable for me. Not only is this turntable a beauty, but the quality is amazing. I've been enjoying each record I play on this. I've had one tiny defect but Julie from customer service helped me out with my issue. Customer service is one of the best I've ever seen. Glad I chose Fluance and I know I'll be sticking around for a long time because of their A+ customer service. Thank you Fluance for the quality product and thank you Julie for all the help!
