The receiver and transmitter came as advertised, plug-and-play and you're watching from your favourite source. I didn't need to sync, it was ready to go. Read the dimensions of each in the specs section, they're the size of a Klondike ice cream sandwich. Highly recommended for anyone considering going cordless.
