i found the Acrylic platter a worthy upgrade to my RT82 and I could hear the subtle difference in the playback especially the low rumble of the aluminum platter that was present.
One problem i ran into is the cue lever lift was'nt allowing the tone arm to go down all the way making the stylus float in the groove causing much distortion.
with a few clockwise turns of the screw on the tone arm lift which lowered it a mm or two, problem solved works and sounds great.
