I received this turntable as a gift, and while the turntable itself is great, I really want to give kudos to the Fluance customer service team. This item was on pre-order, but the team at Fluance shipped out the turntable earlier than promised in order to help my friends receive this before my birthday. Thanks to the Fluance team!
