I have been very satisfied with this jewelry cleaner and enjoy having it in my home! My first one malfunctioned after a little over a year of light use, so I contacted customer service and worked with Grant. He was extremely personable, responsive and helpful, and offered to send me a replacement device. I was really impressed with the customer service and I love when brands stand behind their products!
