I chose the RT82 on the advice of a fellow audiophile. This machine is precisely and beautifully engineered and produced, so much superior to my last turntable, purchased 50+ years ago. I struggled with the initial set-up, given my 80+ years, but every knob, dial, pulley, bearing, and pulley fit precisely and worked smoothly. The supplied cartridge is playing my neglected LPs beautifully. Fluance is rapture!
