I can happily report that this device works well, I have not experienced any lag in time
nor drop outs. The HD picture is what you'd expect from using a cable. I'm using it to
receive video in 2 rooms from one source, which means one less cable box for me. The box
would cost $15 per month, so it will pay for itself in a little over one year and not
having to run cable through walls is a blessing. I highly recommend this product.
