Just go the transmitter today. Installed it right away and after almost 3 hours it works as intended. I have not challenge the distance performance as my TV is over the fireplace and the HDMI splitter is just 4 or 5 ft away. When working with the cable box and I push the “guide” button it has instant response in the TV no delays.
