Got this product and loved it from the start. Then a month later it totally whacked out. I contacted them thru email and tried to trouble shoot per their instructions but it didn't work. I also did the chat thing and Julie helped me. She was terrific and said she would send me out a new product -- no charge. The next day I got an email from Brent and I told him about Julie. They coordinated, I sent the serial number, and less than a week later, my new clock arrived and it works perfectly! I use every single feature except the USB. Terrific product. Great customer service!
