Projection Alarm Clock Radio
Convenience, reliability, & modern design come in the form of the EAAC601 Projection Alarm clock by Electrohome. Got this product and loved it from the start. Then a month later it totally whacked out. I contacted them thru email and tried to trouble shoot per their instructions but it didn't work. I also did the chat thing and Julie helped me. She was terrific and said she would send me out a new product -- no charge. The next day I got an email from Brent and I told him about Julie. They coordinated, I sent the serial number, and less than a week later, my new clock arrived and it works perfectly! I use every single feature except the USB. Terrific product. Great customer service!Thomas K 5
This is the exact clock I've been looking for, its a nice design, sleek, well made and solid, not like those cheap looking clocks they put out at Walmart.Leslie 5
It's stupid to preinstall the battery since it is discharged when it arrives. My clock also gains time, a couple of minutes per month.Bill M. 3
I does exactly what I need it to do.hackman101 5
Instructions extremely difficult to follow! Both initially to set up & subsequently to change (times, etc)Michael P 2
Great looking clock for kitchen or dinning room, everything works perfect except the am station but FM stations are loud and clear and the self clock is great.Orlando 5
You can tell it’s well made and it’s nice and small,Di 5
and works perfectly for me. I give it a 10 too.
This is totally false advertising!!! You think you are ordering a Magnasonic brand and you receive an Electrohome brand. Bait and switch if you ask me!!!!Ann B 1
Today, a little over 5 years after purchase, I said goodbye to this radio alarm clock. We shared some good times and bad. Overall, it was acceptable. I would have liked it to have lasted longer though. The radio worked well when the antenna was in juuust the right place. It would play the station I set it to for my alarm, but good luck if you try to change the frequency after you've gotten it right. The thermometer helped me do a sanity check when the heat wouldn't quit in winter and I sweat through my blankets. It can vary depending where you put the probe by a few degrees if you have the clock backed up in a corner like I did. The projector was hard to angle right while keeping the clock face facing me in bed at the same time; 90 degree rotation would have been nice, in addition to 180 degrees. You can focus the display nicely, but put on your glasses for that part! As for the main display: after about 4 years, the middle dimness faded - you could hardly see the display, especially during the day but also at night. The brightest setting is very bright.L H 4
Wish I would’ve gotten this along time ago. I don’t have to look over my husband’s shoulder anymore to see the clock it is now on the ceiling. Great idea!SUSAN G 5
Love this clock. Easy to read and you can Project the time it numbers on walls or ceiling to make it so easy to read! I've become accustomed to having it and have already purchased 2. Radio works well and the temperature gauge works great as well. Well worth the money I think!Chris B 5
This alarm clock is very difficult to use. It is trash. If you buy it you will understand. I like how the time shines on the wall that is it.Mark P 1
There is no actual button to turn to adjust the volume. There are simply 10 digital levels. And the lowest level is still too loud. Makes you jump when the radio turns on in the morning. Great wake up. That's the reason for knocking off one start. Otherwise it's a nice clock radio.Oh, and if you are picky, they went cheap on the ceiling displayed LEDs. The vertical bars making up the numbers do not touch the horizontal ones fully. So any vertical bars in a digit seem shorter than they should be. So for example a 1 or a 4 are shorter than a 2, 3, 5 .... It doesn't prevent anyone from sleeping but it looks odd.pierre 4
