Broken stylus lousy service 0 people found this helpfulBad customer service from the company. It was the most complicated process IĆ¢ā¬ā¢ve ever seen for getting a replacement stylus. Horrible experience with Fluance.

Might try the reference series 0 people found this helpfulTurntable looked great. Shipping was fast. Put the table together and used it 2 days before the motor quit. Returned it, awaiting refund. Return process was a bit slow but at least the 30 day return policy was honoured. May try a reference series table once this return is complete because the table sounded great and looked great. Also loved the auto stop function that not all manual tables have.

Not worth the money 0 people found this helpfulNot worth the money, only lasted 2 years!

It's not very good. 0 people found this helpfulThere is no reason to pay this much for a basic turntable, especially since it comes with a piece of felt to put your records on instead of rubber or felt. You're going to have to upgrade that and also the cartridge if you want this to sound decent. Very disappointed.

Not durable. Spend your money on something else. 0 people found this helpfulFor the price, I thought it would last longer than 3 years. The sound output slowly died, followed the instructions after contacting Fluance, and now Iām stuck with a $200 paperweight, with no options from Fluance for repair. Sounded great while it worked!
