Didn’t Spin 0 people found this helpfulThe turntable didn’t spin. I reached for support and received nothing useful. I ended up taking it to the turntable repair shop to see what’s up. Don’t recommend.

Very disappointed 0 people found this helpfulFeedback is a big problem that I can't resolve. Have to play my records at a very low volume and have the bass set way below flat. My old turntable did not have this issue at all, so I had to hook my old back up and buy a new cartridge. Should have tried to return it sooner (bought in 04-21) but was trying all sorts of things to eliminate the feedback. Now I am stuck with it because I waited too long.

First the platter was dented so after 2 weeks of writing them literally sending them a message every day only getting one back 3 days at a time only to received a scratched up replacement that is justvas bad then it completely brakes the needle in half kn my cartridge and even though they say there is a 2 year warrantee apparently this didn't qualify even though in writing they admitted the second platter was also warped and asked me to use a peice of equipment I don't even have to measure the arm which has no relevance to the platter? This place is a joke. It is all made in China they make you seem like it's Canadian made. Save your self some money.
