This turntable is worth it ! 0 people found this helpfulA pre amp is required. The get up to speed time is almost instant. Seems to be very well made and the black finish is flawless. I feel great with my choice as there are so many offerings at this level.

Plays like a dream . You can't beat the price for the quality. 0 people found this helpfulWhile it's cool to have a vintage turntable and I have a few ... this one is smooth as silk. Set it up as directed and you won't be disappointed.

Very good sound reproduction 0 people found this helpfulI'm using this product to play my collection of pop, rock, jazz and classical LPs. The sound quality is very good, even toward the center of the disc. It takes a little while to get used to having to lift the tonearm manually at the end of each side.

Fantastic Looking and Sounding Turnable 0 people found this helpfulSet up Very easy to do. Tonearm tracking weight numbers are a little dull on the number scale. I needed a light to set it, But alas I am using 65-year-old eyes to see it. Cartridge in the Head shell was off About 1.4mm. To get the right baerwald protractor position correct. Head shell Cartridge Measured 53.43 from the factory. I moved it back to line it up on the protractor where I like it, was about 52.07mm. These 2 things are very Minor. The Good stuff: Very easy to Level. Platter is Dead Flat no runout. :) I had Zero static issues that some have reported. Piano Black finish was Very smooth, so it Looks and Sounds Fantastic. Should you Buy it? I give it a Hell-Ya

A wonderful turntable 0 people found this helpfulI waited some before writing a review, letting the initial honeymoon period pass, that time when you tend to be most hyperbolic and least objective.I love this turntable. From the visual - striking, beautiful, it stands out in my room - to (kinda important also) its audio qualities, I’m vey happy with my choice. I spent a lot of time researching and selecting a turntable.Matched with my Denon amp and KEF speakers, the audio quality is - at my level of audiophility (yes, I made up that word :-) - amazing. I’ve only recently come back to vinyl and am appreciating it for many reasons. The turntable was a key element. The combination of features is perfect, including the auto-stop. I couldn’t face a turntable that’s fully manual, but understand the stated difficulties in designing a fully automatic turntable at this quality level. Auto stop has been a great compromise.Well done, Fluance.
